Students and teachers of the department took part in the IT-conference IEEE International Black Sea Conference on Communications and Networking (BlackSeaCom) 2018, which took place in Batumi, Georgia, June 4-7, 2018
In February 2012, the teachers of the ITM Department took part in the II International Scientific and Technical Conference “OSTIS” (Open Semantic Technologies of Intelligent Systems Design), which took place in Minsk (Belarus), where their scientific works were awarded diplomas. Rina Leonidovna Novogrudskaya received a diploma for the best report of a young scientist from the Russian Artificial Intelligence Association, and Alekseev Nikolai Alexandrovich and Ternovoi Maxim Yurievich received diplomas for the best reports of young scientists from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics.
In September 2011, employees of the Department of ITM took part in the conference “KryMiKo’2011”. Postgraduate student Kot T.M. received a diploma in the nomination “The best scientific work of young scientists (graduate students)”
