The purpose of this work is to improve the efficiency of providing telecommunications services in modern communication systems, which is provided by the use of heterogeneous cloud environment, by implementing a set of methods for monitoring and managing the service process, which are based on mathematical models, procedural, structural and system solutions obtained taking into account the impact on the system characteristics of the structure of the telecommunications service, requirements for the quality of their service, statistical data, economic efficiency and scalability of the computing environment.
