For most faculties / institutes, diplomas have already been produced and signed, so you can start taking them. Remember to follow the distance and the rules of respiratory protection! Also, we remind you that the detour should be issued only to debtors, for all others it is NOT mandatory!
If you do not have debts for the campus and the library:
• Submit to the departments the originals of your attestation works with a personal signature and take the diploma to the dean’s office.
If you have debts:
• Submit to the departments the originals of your attestation works with a personal signature.
• Take a detour in the dean’s office. Find out in the dean’s office whether you have debts in the library. If you are on the list of debtors – you need to visit the library to close all questions and get the appropriate mark in the bypass. Library contacts: 044 204-82-75, library@library.kpi.ua.
• Do you have debts to the university accounting department? Call here 044 204-90-62 and solve the issue, then get a visa at the accounting office on the bypass.
• If you live in a dormitory: the dean’s office has a list of debtors + further clarify this issue with the dormitory manager. If you are on the list of debtors – you need to repay the debt and get a visa in the bypass.
• If you live in a dormitory (or are currently registered in it) and are on the military register at the Solomianskyi District Election Commission in Kyiv, you must PERSONALLY withdraw from the military register. Reception hours of Solomyansky RVC (5A Iskrivska Street, tel. (044) 241 13 25): Tuesday, Thursday, 09: 00-13: 00. After closing the question – you get the appropriate visa on the bypass in room 1-01 of the 31st building.
• After closing all debts – come with a detour to the department (to get a mark), and then to the dean’s office and pick up documents on higher education.
