Unfortunately, the daily number of new cases of COVID-19 in the country continues to grow. Almost every day, almost 3,000 new cases are recorded. New anti-records:
• 02.09.2020: 2495 cases,
• 03.09.2020: 2430 cases,
• 04.09.2020: 2723 cases,
• 05.09.2020: 2836 cases,
• 06.09.2020: 2107 cases.
Today in KPI one more case of a disease on COVID-19 at the associate professor of chair of physics of metals of the 9th case is revealed. She was hospitalized with a sharp rise in temperature. The list of contact persons is established.
On September 1, 2020, new cases of COVID-19 were detected in KPI:
• IEE student from 16 dormitory. It was previously established that there was direct contact with 5 people. All were sent to self-isolation. ICPS doctors are in constant contact with students.
• Employees of the Department of TC, 18 building – she was hospitalized with pneumonia. 25 contact persons were identified, all were sent to self-isolation. We are waiting for the results.
On September 3, 2020, a series of cases of COVID-19 was detected in the KPI:
• TEF and FEL teacher, who lives in 17 dormitories. It was previously established that there was no direct contact with the residents of the dormitory. The patient is in self-isolation
• technical officer of the administration. He is in critical condition in hospital. All contact persons are self-insulated.
• Unfortunately, due to the consequences caused by COVID-19, the heart of the former KPI employee, who lived in one of the faculty buildings on the territory of KPI, stopped beating prematurely. We mourn the death of a colleague and express our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
The repeated test of the employee of one of the departments in the 30th building, in which COVID-19 was found, turned out to be negative.
