With the theme “Intelligent Connectivity for a Sustainable World”, IEEE BlackSeaCom 2026 invites submissions of original, unpublished technical papers that are not currently under review by any other journal, magazine, or conference. The conference aims to bring together academic and industry researchers to explore advances in communication networks, intelligent systems, and sustainable digital infrastructures.
IEEE BlackSeaCom 2026 is sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) and hosted by the National University of Science and Technology Politehnica Bucharest, Romania.
